A spirit breakdown, nervous breakdown, mental breakdown, or mental health crisis is a period of severe emotional distress, where a person may feel paralyzed and entirely incapable of coping with life’s challenges. It could happen to anyone, anytime, anywhere, for any reason.
Music on the other hand can provide the desired solution when you feel down. Here are some artists you may add their songs to your playlist if you feel emotionally down.
Maverick City: I get inspired anytime I listen to Maverick songs, although I will recommend the following tracks; “Sufficient for Today”, “You make all things”, “Make it Right” & “Firm Foundation”
Guchi: I mentioned Guchi because anytime I feel down and listen to his song; “Relate”, the excitement that takes over is just glorious.
Todd Galberth: Have you listened to “Fear is not my Future?” You don’t need to wait until you are down, it can also serve as a preventive pill.
Victoria Orenze: Her tracks are spirit-lifting, but if you ask me to recommend a few, then I will say “Blessed Land” and “Spirit Chant”.
GUC: His “Holy Spirit” and “The Call” are spirit lifters, they take you into a realm of hyperactivity.
Minister Ebuka: My friends say he does not write his songs, he just sings anything he feels like. Well, I call it working with the spirit flow. For Christians who are too lazy to pray, “I will Pray” needs to be on repeat in your playlist.
Theophilus Sunday: I will suggest the track; “The Name of Jesus”.
James Fortune: “All I Want is More of You” is a good track done by James Fortune to listen to when your spirit is down.
Yanni: Sometimes you don’t need the words, you just need the soft symphony from an organized orchestra. Add a Yanni track to your playlist and enjoy the miracle of serenity.
I know you are expecting the tenth artist, guess what?
