They have gathered again
Painting pictures that we are about to gain,
In form of billboards and posters,
But they are impostors.
Our hearts are bought over with petty gifts.
For now it’s awoof everywhere you go,
With exciting bundle offers waiting for you to subscribe.
But be careful when you make your choice,
Cos even berekette no be unlimited.
They will suave your thoughts with commercials,
And you end up being their commercial.
Fighting and taking bullets,
In exchange for ballots.
Finally they climb the seat,
And we keep standing with no where to sit.

Questions begin with the letter Queue,
Where we stand to cast our votes.
Will our decision leave us butchered like meat
With no hopes of making ends meet?
But that is not an excuse not to vote,
Not voting is like leaving our doors open
Because it has been broken several times by thieves.
But then our hearts are occupied with so many “What Ifs”.
But if my people who are called by my name
Will humble themselves and pray,
I will heal their land.
Vote for freedom with wisdom,
And if anyone lacks wisdom,
Let him ask God who gives it in abundance.
