Growing a brand can be quite tasking, it requires a lot of planning, strategizing, packaging and most of all, endurance, amongst numerous others. If not emotionally tough, the stress that comes from the beginning phase might take a toll on you; badly. For me, what helped me were encouragements from family & friends and indirect motivations from entrepreneurs making it in the labour market. It was as a way to say thank you to these people, that The DOMI Awards was founded in 2017.

The Award started out as just a daily citation of awardees via my personal Facebook account platform back in 2017 where we had eight (8) announced awardees. Then, it was known as the Dav-Oz Awards and the feedback was impressive. In 2018, the name became what it is known as now, The Dav-Oz Motivational Icons’ Awards. The 2018 awards had thirteen (13) recipients. Of course, it had also good feedback from both the awardees and our followers. In 2019, due to unforeseen circumstances, the awards weren’t conducted. The 2020 DOMIs happens to be the first ever that will be presented since the creation of the Dav-Oz Blog site and it’s really amazing for us here. We can’t say for certain how many awardees we’ll be having, because we want you to be expectant. We might have 2 or 3 or even 1 awardee(s) announced daily, whatever the case maybe, I sincerely hope you enjoy the awards. STAY TUNED
