Hello guys! Welcome to my column, BSO’s Food Galleria, I’m BSO and it’s nice to have you guys here. I know some of you might be thinking, What’s BSO an acronym for? Well, let’s just say that that’s not necessary for now. Forget if I’m a lady or a guy, forget if I’m in my 60s or 20s, forget if I’m Nigerian or non-Nigerian. For now, let’s forget all that and enjoy the blog. Hopefully, as time would go on, I’ll be revealing tidbits of myself.
First of all, I’m a food enthusiast (otherwise known as a foodie). I love foods, I love discovering new and original dishes and I love the diversifying nature of foods in different parts of the world. That’s what this blog is for; to share with the world my love for foods. Here, you’ll be seeing from my world a whole new concept to take on the world of edibility.
BSO’s Food gallery will also be a place to help you conquer your Mageirocophobia (Okay, I obviously was trying to seem like I know big English. It simply means fear of cooking or culinary fear). Believe it or not, there are a lot of people who are mageirocophobic but this column will try as much as possible to help clear most of these fears.
I’ll also feature friendly, delicious/modified and newly developed recipes with step by step preparatory method supported with pictures.
