From dusk to dawn,
They searched every town
And every house in the land.
Till they came to this house, small and grand.
The Prince and his men had made it their quest.
To find who the shoe fits best.
They had just one clue.
A pair of the crystal shoe.
All the maidens tried but none could fit,
Till it met this tender feet.
The feet of Cinderella,
A poor girl who slept in an old cellar.
She wasn’t the only girl who wore that shoe size.
But it was her time to rise.
If you cling to good, you will get the best,
Because the Prince can never rest.
Until you put on the crystal shoe
That is meant for you.
Just keep being good even in an old cellar,
And you will end up like Cinderella.
