LET’S DO IT BETTER (A WELCOME NOTE)

I don’t know about you but for me, there’s this feeling of hope & assurance for every new year I’ve ever experienced. I always see the new year as a time to re-strategize, keep hope alive & expect newer dimensions. Most times, that works for me; when it doesn’t, I try my best to push on and be grateful for those that worked.

2021 was a bitter-sweet first year for us as a blog. There were numerous discontinued projects, decrease in viewership rates, inconsistent article postings & a host of other discouraging issues that made running the blog a bit of a burden. Now, of course we weren’t expecting a rosy first year, but there’s something about not progressing that can take its toll on you; and trust me, it’s ugly.

But, despite all those disappointments, we still had reasons to smile; we welcomed additional columnists to our list & collaborated with our sister brand, Fashion Dav-Oz to organize the first live edition of the blog’s annual awards which turned out to be a huge success. We were also able to make partnership deals with various brands in a bid to further announce the blog.

This is a new year and we can assure you that we are looking to make good on our promise to be sincerely yours. There are restructurings going on, changes to be made, things to be scrapped out, targets to be met and a lot more, all in a bit to ensure that you have you have the best year with us and we with you.

Our social media handles are always open for ideas, personal enquiries and requests you might have as we tend to keep a friendly environment with you. Follow us on our Instagram handle, @officialdavozblog for updates. We need you to help us grow.

HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS!!!
